​At Urban Pridhaan, we aim to deliver your favourite ladies’ suits, dresses, kurtis, and other apparel quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing times, delivery methods, and shipping-related guidelines.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time 

We offer standard shipping across India. Express shipping may be available in selected regions. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days
Note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, order volume, and courier service availability. 

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.
  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or for orders above a certain value (as per current promotions).
4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email or message containing your tracking number will be sent.
  • You can track the status of your shipment using the tracking link provided.
5. International Shipping

​ Currently, Urban Pridhaan does not offer international shipping.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, applicable charges and timelines will be displayed at checkout.

  • Courier delays
  • Remote locations
  • Unforeseen logistical issues
Urban Pridhaan is not responsible for delays once the package is handed over to the courier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, kindly contact us immediately with photos of the package and product.
  • If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier.
