At Urban-Paridhan, we aim to provide premium-quality ethnic wear and ensure your shopping experience is smooth and satisfying.

1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact.
You have valid proof of purchase (Order ID / Invoice).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned or refunded. These include:
Customized stitching or alteration orders
Made-to-order or personalized suits/dresses
Digital style guides or downloadable items
Gift cards, coupons, or promotional freebies
Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified regarding approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges and COD fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:
You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product
You must contact us before sending the item back
Exchange is only for the same product or size variant (based on availability)
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the item received was defective or wrong.
We recommend using a trackable courier service for safe delivery.
